I am writing this letter as a personal testimony to the level of service I have received from Cartwright Logistics. I have been doing business with Cartwright Logistics for the past 7 years while working in the distribution center at our Springfield Missouri facility.

I have always received impeccable service from Cartwright, Darryl, and any of Darryl's staff. Cartwright has always gone out of their way to offer first class service to Carlisle over the years. I have contacted Cartwright to handle expedited shipments to some of our major customers, including John Deere and J. I. Case Corporation, and Cartwright has always delivered the product exactly when they said they would, and they have done so at a very fair price.

I have contacted Cartwright during weekend and holiday hours and have always received a return call immediately from either Darryl or one of his staff.

I needed a large scissor lift picked up in Orlando and brought to Madison, AL. The freight companies I have used in the past were not helping me at all, so I asked a friend of mine that worked in the rental equipment business for a competitor, prior to going to work for a local freight company, who I could get to help me in a hurry. He told me to call Cindy at Cartwright Logistics so I did. Without knowing anything about H&E Equipment, she set up everything and got me what I needed fast. We have equipment moved all the time and will call her first in the future.
